By accessing or using our website, placing an order, registering for an event, or otherwise interacting with ChauChau Golf, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases or register for tournaments unless a parent or legal guardian has provided permission where applicable.

2. Online Store

Our website offers physical merchandise, apparel, accessories, tournament registrations, and other products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

ChauChau Golf is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Tournament registrations are generally subject to separate cancellation terms.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

8. Promotional Offers

Discount codes, promotional offers, giveaways, and special pricing:

9. Tournament Registration

Tournament entries are limited and accepted on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Tournament spots may not be transferred without prior approval from ChauChau Golf.

We reserve the right to deny, cancel, or remove any registration for any reason permitted by law.

10. Tournament Policies

Participants agree to:

  • Follow all tournament rules.
  • Comply with instructions from tournament staff.
  • Observe golf course policies.
  • Maintain respectful and sportsmanlike conduct.
  • Play at an appropriate pace.
  • Protect course property and equipment.

Cheating, abusive behavior, harassment, intoxication that disrupts play, property damage, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.

Tournament officials retain final authority regarding:

  • Pairings
  • Local rules
  • Scoring
  • Handicap verification
  • Pace-of-play rulings
  • Prize eligibility
  • Rules interpretations
  • Disputes

11. Weather & Event Changes

Golf is played outdoors and weather conditions are part of the game.

Tournament officials may:

  • Delay play
  • Suspend play
  • Modify the format
  • Shorten the event
  • Reschedule
  • Cancel an event

These decisions are final.

Events may proceed in less-than-ideal weather when course management determines conditions are safe.

Refunds for weather-related changes are governed by our Tournament Cancellation Policy.

12. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Golf balls
  • Golf clubs
  • Golf carts
  • Uneven terrain
  • Weather
  • Wildlife
  • Slips, trips, and falls
  • Heat-related illness

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with tournament participation.

13. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release and hold harmless ChauChau Golf, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, affiliates, host golf courses, and vendors from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of participation in tournaments or use of our website and services.

14. Photography & Media Release

By attending a ChauChau Golf event, you grant ChauChau Golf permission to photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise record your likeness.

These images and recordings may be used for:

  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Social media
  • Website content
  • Future event promotions
  • Print materials

No compensation is owed for these uses.

15. Intellectual Property

All content available through this website is the exclusive property of ChauChau Golf or its licensors, including but not limited to:
